For municipalities & partners

a measurable way to fund connection.

Gader runs neighbourhood pilots that reduce loneliness - and reports the results in the same instrument your health monitor already uses. Free for the residents who join. Paid for by the circles that carry the cost.

The offer, in one paragraph

one district. one instrument. one honest report.

We activate one district at a time: recurring micro-events in local venues, hosted by residents, during the hours those venues sit quiet. Participants are invited to answer the De Jong Gierveld loneliness scale when they join, and again at three and six months. You receive a quarterly, aggregated, district-level report mapped to your own indicators - repeat participation, venue activity, and measured change. Nothing is charged to the people who join. Ever.

Step 01

a district and a cohort, chosen together.

One neighbourhood, small enough to saturate. Together we define who the pilot is for - typically adults 40 to 65 around a life transition: divorce, retirement, bereavement, or a recent move. Your district knowledge decides where; our platform decides how.

Step 02

activation - venues, hosts, anchors.

We partner with local cafés, libraries and studios to turn their quiet hours into a standing stage. Resident hosts run small recurring gatherings - a walk, a coffee table, a games evening - and Gader quietly invites the people nearby who could join. Weekly anchors come first; everything else grows around them.

Step 03

measurement - the government's own instrument.

Participants answer the validated De Jong Gierveld 6-item loneliness scale at joining, three months, and six months. Alongside it we track the behavioural signal that matters most: whether the same people come back. The full protocol is public - read how we measure.

Step 04

reporting - aggregated, honest, on your indicators.

Quarterly reports at district level, never about individuals: participation, repeat-encounter rate, venue activity, and measured loneliness change - in the same scale your GGD health monitor uses, so the numbers drop straight into your existing targets. We report limits as clearly as results.

Who this is for

three partners, one pilot.

How we work

small first, honest always.

A pilot runs six to twelve months in one district, sized to fit within standard direct-award thresholds. We bring the platform, the host recruitment, and the measurement; you bring the district connection and the mandate. Expansion follows evidence - never the other way around.

We follow the local-first route recommended by the national coalition against loneliness: build a track record in one neighbourhood, prove that the same people come back, then grow. If the numbers don't support expansion, we say so.
