scope & updates.

Gader respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. Because collecting and processing some information is an inevitable part of an internet-based service, please read this document so you know our policies and practices. In this text, “Gader” and “we” mean Navan Information Technology Group.

This document has been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and sets out your rights under the Electronic Commerce Law, the Freedom of Access to Information Law, and relevant international instruments. It may be revised. The date of the most recent change is noted at the bottom of this page. We recommend rereading it the next time you open the app.

If you do not want your personal information shared with Gader, please don't register or log in. Where a piece of information is required by law or necessary for us to provide the service, not providing it will mean we can't deliver that part of the service.

02

what we collect.

Personal information collected by Gader includes:

  • What's needed to register and sign in: which is just your mobile phone number.
  • What you choose to add after registration: a first name, a photo, location, interests. All of this is optional.
  • What you create inside the app: events you host or join, messages you send to other attendees, memorials you contribute to.
03

how we use it.

  • To send you important service notices: changes to terms, new versions, security updates.
  • To handle legal claims involving Gader, and to respond to judicial or administrative actions.
  • For support: when you write to us, the support team uses your information to help you.
  • To improve the service: understanding how features are used helps us make better ones.
  • To show your profile to other users in contexts you've opted into: for example, the people in an event you joined can see your first name and interests, so they know who's coming.
04

who can see it.

Gader does not sell your personal information. Gader does not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. The only time information leaves Gader is when applicable law and a competent judicial authority require it - and only in response to a specific, valid order.

05

how we keep it safe.

Protecting your account and preventing unauthorised access is a core priority. Accordingly:

  • Traffic between your phone or browser and our servers is encrypted with SSL.
  • Logging in uses a one-time code (OTP) sent to your registered phone number. There is no password to lose, and access requires the device that controls that number.

No system is perfectly secure. To help us keep things safe, please don't share your account access with anyone. If your phone is stolen, or you're about to transfer your number to a new SIM, write to us so we can suspend the account. If a third party gains access to your account and uses or misuses it, you bear responsibility for that use - we have no liability in that case.

06

your rights.

Under certain conditions, you may ask us to:

  • Show you the personal information you've provided.
  • Correct it where it's incomplete or wrong.
  • Delete or erase it, in whole or in part.
  • Stop us from collecting, storing, processing, or sharing it where the law requires your consent for those actions.

We'll review the request and respond within one month, unless the complexity requires longer - in which case we'll tell you. None of these requests carry a fee. We may ask for proof of identity before acting, so we can be sure the request is coming from you and not someone else.

07

account & data deletion.

You can ask us to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Once we receive the request, we will erase the following within 30 days:

  • Your profile (name, phone number, photo, personal details).
  • Events you have created.
  • Comments, memorials and friend connections.
  • Chat messages and notification history.
  • Any other data tied to your account.
