Hamed brings the building side of Gader: shipping scalable platforms, leading high-performing tech teams, turning complex requirements into reliable, user-centred software.

He has spent more than a decade organising the kind of teams that actually ship - not the kind that just plan. Before Gader, that was applied to commercial platforms; here, the same discipline is applied to a slower, more careful kind of product: one that earns trust before it earns scale.

Sharifi.

Clinical psychologist and social neuroscience researcher. Research master's from VU Amsterdam, nine years of practice in CBT, neuro-assessment and social interaction studies.

Ala brings the understanding side: translating evidence from clinical and social psychology into engagement mechanics, safety protocols, and measurable impact design.

Her work in cognitive behavioural therapy and social neuroscience anchors Gader in research, not opinion. Every design decision that touches a meeting - how it's framed, who sees what, what happens when someone hesitates - is grounded in what is known about how people actually befriend each other.
